Off-Site Assembly
Site is not the place to assemble terracotta baguettes and fins.
The finesse and accuracy required to thread the terracotta
pieces onto their support spines whilst introducing EPDM
spacers and " O " rings to separate the inner terracotta walls
from the spines and finally to fix end caps / connection
brackets is best done in a controlled factory environment.
At Chessington we carry out this assembly work so that full
storey height or bay width lengths can be simply lifted into
place and fixed.
