Brick Tolerances
Standard U.K. facing bricks are typically manufactured to achieve a 65mm face height.
BSEN 771-3 defines permissible variation in face height in the categories " T " & " R " with different brick manufacturers / brick types either falling within the more precise or imprecise dictates of these ranges.
Whilst bricks within one batch, cannot consist of bricks towards the bottom end and also contain bricks towards the top ends of the full spectrum the deviation from the 65mm target can be significant.
Our Barracuda system has been designed to accommodate all brick sizes defined within BSEN 771-3.
